The story
Divineisgodlike is an independent artist working across Afrobeats, hip-hop, rap, trap, R&B and pop. Rap sits at the centre, with melody and soul pulling the records toward R&B and pop.
The catalog on streaming platforms opens in 2019 with the albums Sunshine and Omni, followed by the 22-track Halo (2020), the Conscious EP and the 17-track Eccentric (2021). Since mid-2023 a new single has landed roughly every two weeks, a run that continues with singles already scheduled into 2027.
Gavon is the most frequent collaborator: Cynical, Aproko and three tracks on Halo, then Monsters and Fight on Gavon’s own releases. Divineisgodlike has also worked with Chivero on Mystical and Anita Dayne on Give it up.
